1. What we are (and aren't)

onlineform.org ("we", "us") provides self-help document templates and general information. We are not a law firm, we are not your attorney, and nothing on this site is legal advice. No attorney–client relationship is formed by using the site. If you have questions about whether a document is right for your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for determining whether a form is appropriate and enforceable in your jurisdiction, and for complying with signing, witnessing, notarization and recording requirements. Laws vary by state and county and change over time.

3. Fees and refunds

Filling out and previewing forms is free. A one-time fee, shown on each form, unlocks the ability to print or save that form without the preview watermark on the device where it was unlocked. Fees are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Because the unlocked document is delivered immediately, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a technical failure prevented delivery — in that case contact support within 7 days.

4. License

After payment you may use the unlocked document for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or republish our templates.

5. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The site and all templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the form at issue.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
