What we collect

Form answers: everything you type into a form is stored only in your browser's local storage so you can return to it. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Payments: when you unlock a form, Stripe processes the payment and shares with us only the payment status, amount, form name, and the email address you give Stripe for your receipt. We never receive your card number.

Usage data: our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To deliver the form you paid for, send receipts, respond to support requests, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use local storage (not tracking cookies) to save your drafts and unlock status. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout page under its own policy.

Your choices

Clear your browser's site data to erase saved drafts. Email support@onlineform.org to request deletion of any payment records we hold about you.
