As an alternative to JotForm, you could also look at using Airtable and set up a similar template as a base then use Airtable’s form features so workers can add their time from their mobiles whilst you keep track of hours in one central Airtable (in a similar way to Jotform Tables).
Once you have created your online form, it’s time to distribute it to your employees. You can do this in a few ways:
- Via email
- In an online message board or chat thread
- On the company intranet or website
No matter how you distribute the form, be sure to make it clear that employees are required to complete it on a regular basis. You may also want to set a deadline for submissions so that you can track the data more easily.
Now that your time tracking system is up and running, what do you do with the data? The first step is to analyze it and see where time is being wasted. Once you have a good idea of the areas that need improvement, you can start making changes.
Time tracking can be an invaluable tool for improving productivity and efficiency in the workplace. By taking the time to set up a system, you can ensure that your employees are working efficiently and productively.
